New Year, New Walk with Jesus: Discover Revival and Renewal in 2025
As we step into 2025, many are looking for personal improvement. It's time to walk closer with Jesus and experience a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Today you have likely made New Year's Resolutions. Some people focus on their health, others on finances, and still others on relationships. Today, I want to invite you to make a resolution that will not only impact this year but will shape your eternity: A renewed walk with Jesus. Many are looking for revival in California and in the Nation. Let's revive our relationship with the one who makes all things new.
On this first day of this new year, let's pause and reflect on what truly matters. It's easy to make promises about losing weight, quitting a bad habit, or strengthening our personal relationships, but the most important decision we can make this year is to seek God's presence in a deeper way than ever before.

The Power of a Renewed Walk
In the hustle and bustle of life, it's easy to drift our focus from what matters most. To let distractions, work, and even good intentions pull us away from the one thing that will truly satisfy our souls- the Presence of God.
As we journey into 2025, we have the opportunity to do something different. Instead of being consumed with our fleeting goals, let's commit to pursuing the eternal. Let's prioritize our relationship with Jesus above all else.
I implore you to not settle for anything less than a life fully lived in the presence of God. This year let's heed that call and make it our resolve to walk closely with Jesus in a way that transforms us from the inside out.

How to Start Your Renewed Walk Today
Set Aside Time for Prayer: Begin each day with intentional time in prayer. On this 1st day of this year, you can set this foundation for the months ahead.
Dive Into the Word: Let God's Word be the compass for your year. Set aside time to read and meditate on Scripture, allowing it to guide your thoughts, actions, and decisions.
Invite The Holy Spirit to Lead You: Ask the Holy Spirit to renew your heart, to guide you, and to empower you to walk in His presence every day.
Repent and Refresh: If you've been distant or distracted, today is a fresh start. Repent, ask for forgiveness for your sins and turn from them, and allow the Holy Spirit to refresh your spirit as you set out on this renewed journey.
Commit to Loving Others: A renewed walk with Jesus means being a reflection of His love. Look for opportunities to show His love to those around you in tangible ways.

A Plea for His Presence
On this first day of 2025, let it be known that we desire the presence of God more than anything else. We must refuse to let the distractions of this world pull us away from the only Source of true peace, joy, and transformation.
This year let's not settle on making small changes- let's resolve to draw nearer to Jesus than we ever have before. Let us make this the year of His manifest presence in our lives, and let His Presence shape every part of us.
